Our Safety and Health Officers implement and execute safety and health procedures at the construction sites, in accordance to standard safety and health regulations and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a safe working environment on site at all times with good safety practices and regulations, and identifying and rectifying any unsafe acts or potential hazards on site
- Making regular site inspections, including for heavy machineries
- Organising site safety committees and regular toolbox meetings
- Implementing traffic control and management systems on site
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Science, or other related disciplines.
- A registered safety officer with DOSH
- Minimum 3 years experience in construction environments, with at least 1 year in a similar capacity
- Familiar with OSHA requirements and knowledgeable in safety practices
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
