Site Manager / Assistant Site Manager

Our Site Managers are responsible for site supervision and implementing construction activities and procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with site personnel and sub-contractors on various construction activities to ensure timely completion of the project
  • Maintaining quality control procedures on site
  • Monitoring day-to-day control of site materials to minimise wastage
  • Managing all plant and equipment on site to ensure proper and efficient deployment of machineries, as well as organising any additional requirements or maintenance schedules

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering / Building
  • Minimum 8 years experience in related construction field, with hands-on site experience
  • Good organisational and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate the site team
