Contracts Executive

Our Contracts Executives primarily assist Contracts Managers in carrying out pre and post contract administration for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting to prepare tender and contract documents, as well as contract administration
  • Preparing BQ for alternative designs and proposals for tender submissions
  • Evaluating tenders and quotations by sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Preparing submission documents for contractual claims
  • Monitoring material usage and site wastages
  • Attending to claims disputes, variation works and final accounts
  • Take-off quantities and preparing cost estimates and budgets

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
  • Basic knowledge in methods of measurement and contractual matters
  • IT-proficient
  • Good oral and written communication skills
