Our Contracts Executives primarily assist Contracts Managers in carrying out pre and post contract administration for our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting to prepare tender and contract documents, as well as contract administration
- Preparing BQ for alternative designs and proposals for tender submissions
- Evaluating tenders and quotations by sub-contractors and suppliers
- Preparing submission documents for contractual claims
- Monitoring material usage and site wastages
- Attending to claims disputes, variation works and final accounts
- Take-off quantities and preparing cost estimates and budgets
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
- Basic knowledge in methods of measurement and contractual matters
- IT-proficient
- Good oral and written communication skills
