Our
expansion plans naturally progressed into the area of civil engineering
works which included bridges, earthworks and roadworks. This is
largely due to the similarities in plant and equipment requirements
between our existing activities and civil engineering works. Other
smaller scale civil engineering activities undertaken were such
as water-related and sewerage works in association with construction
projects. |

Part
of the Group’s plans for the future continues to encompass
expansion within the construction industry. We have since broke
through several additional areas outside our principal activities
and these included the construction of factories, steel fabrication
works and high rise building works. We are able to offer competitive
costing as most of the building works to date were secured on a
turnkey basis. |
