principal activity of the Group is the design and construction of
earth retaining systems, sub-structures and basements. As with all
our other activities, our edge in this area comes from our integral
involvement in every project. We possess the ability to not only
construct, but also propose and redesign alternative earth retaining
systems for our clients’ needs. Our capabilities enhanced
by our ownership of a comprehensive fleet of plant and suitable
equipment to conduct our tasks, ensure the Group’s optimal

Retaining Systems |
These
systems are required for the construction of building basements, stabilization
of earth slopes for road works and general earthworks, tunnels and
jetties. The major activities we carry out in this area are :

Sub-Structure and Basement Construction |
Construction
in this area largely encompasses structure works below building
super-structures such as pile caps, ground beams, basement
slabs and basement wall works. As the structures involve below
ground activities dealing with earth and groundwater, construction
of them is regarded as a specialist trade, one of which the
Group has proven itself capable through its success in the
completion of many contracts for these particular works. |
